Strip FUT hair transplant has caused movement to my face after the strip of skin was removed and stitched together

Im certain that strip fut has changed my face slightly, I noticed movement on my cheeks. example if you move your hair line just by your temples with your fingers it moves your cheeks also. I had a strip fut a year ago and since then I have seen a change in my cheeks. Who is to say that by removing a peice of skin on your head that it will not impact other parts of your head. If I pull the skin on my forehead for example it also moves surrounding skin. Is what I'm saying about fut impossible?!?
