You need to see a doctor and be more specific on your goals.  "Good results" doesn't mean much without a specific goal.  The video here shows some completely bald people with "good results".

If you have a good, dense donor area in the back and sides, then you could certainly make a big difference by moving hair to the top.  There are multiple techniques available. Find a good hair surgeon in your area and go for a consult!
