You can't tell if your hair transplant looks good after 45 days. It can take over a year.  If you are concerned see your doctor.

At 45 days post transplant, I wouldn't expect to see much. Hairs fall out by week 3-4 and new follicles don't reappear until month 3.It will take 8-10 more months before you can determine if the transplant was successful. You'll probably see a few hairs starting to come up in other month or two.

It is difficult to assess from this single photo, but generally your results at 6 wks look fine. Your hair line appears appropriate from what I can tell, but it appears there will be some persistent temporal recession on the left side. This might be something to watch. Wait 12-13 months for your final result.

The wounds look ok. There are some puck marks on the skin which you might want to check with your doctor. The pictures are not good quality so it is hard to see.
