Based on these photos, it is possible that you have a mild (1mm) ptosis, asymmetric. Only on the basis of in person evaluation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon, this can be confirmed. I see no reason for surgical correction at this time, unless I am missing something? Good luck.

This is cosmetic ptosis. That means do not go to a reconstructive surgery who only does insurance based work. You will be very unhappy with the result. You have a small amount of manifest upper eyelid ptosis due to slippage of the anterior levator aponeurosis the tendon that connects the muscle that lifts the eyelid from the hard upper eyelid platform. Many of my colleagues would recommend a Müllerectomy posterior approach ptosis. I strongly do not recommend that approach. The tendon needs to be put back together and anchored to the eyelid crease. This is a fussy surgery that is very powerful. Your eyes can be your best feature. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment.
