Hello! I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago, i really like how it looks on the side view but the front looks a bit wonky to me. My nostrils are a different size and shape, and also my nose is shifted slightly to one side, my tip is very hard and the scars inside my nose (columella) are still swollen, will this go down? Is my nose crooked and the nostrils because of the columella scars inflammation? Thank you very much!

Thicker skin always takes longer to settle fully - the shrinkwrapping that occurs post op is slower and less complete. You have a little fullness in the supratip area rather than a real pollybeak. The first thing to consider is injection of steroid into this region which may well settle this...
Hi, thank you for the question! Here is what I think: the tip cartilage is what causes to a droopy nose look. Hence, reshaping the tip cartilage is going to give you a better proportion. Also, some changes in the bridge would help you have a more proportional profile. Hope this helps, best regards!

Based from the photo of your desired result, and your description, a combination of tipplasty and alarplasty may be needed. In general, increasing the height of the tip of the nose results in narrowing down of the alars. If this is not enough, then an alarplasty can be done as...
