Nose Still Twisted and Crooked to One Side? (photo)

i want a poker str8 nose, the 2nd doc i went to said it will still be slightly twisted after surg 2)he said he would have to inject steroids injections to thin away my skin so it drapes well. my question is whether can i ever have a str8 nose,or do i have to go to a maxillary surgeon to correct my huge bump(4rom accident) on my nose? the last doctor failed miserably to make my nose straighter,the finger i am pointing to is the default i want to correct,i feel like a monster,hunchback.
