Will a nose job increase the distance between my nose and lips? (Photo)

I have full lips with the lower lip appearing fuller bcs the top lip slants. This & the curve at the edges of my top lip are my good features. There is some distance btw my nose & lips but it blends well. I'm afraid my nose job (definition rhino, alar reduction & tip formation) may not blend. Also I read somewhere that nosejob can push your lip further down (eg. Michael Jackson). I found that squeezing the nose does that. I don't want a lip lift bcs they may ruin my lips which is good feature.
