After nosejob can my nose get bigger by picking it?

Obviously it is a bad idea to pick your nose following rhinoplasty.  It may or may not have an impact on your result depending on what was done and how far along you are in the healing process.  Since nothing good will come from picking your nose following rhinoplasty, I recommend you stop.

Nose picking should not make your nose bigger unless infection developer secondary to scratched wound from your nail. However, nose picking habit should be avoided as millions of bacteria may be introduced to your nose each time you pick it constatntly.
