After nosejob can my nose get bigger by picking it?

I got a rhinoplasty in july last 2013, but i'm always picking my nose and i'm afraid that made my nose bigger, is that possible or is it just it sweled by the constant picking?

The nose can change during puberty. Given that you already had your puberty growth spurt it is unlikely that it will correct itself. You will most likely need a correction but to be on the safe side you should give yourself another year or two to see if any change happens. RegardsDr....

Sorry to hear about your accident.  If your nose looks essentially the same except that it is swollen, it's likely that you didn't do any severe permanent damage.  However, I'd recommend a quick visit to your plastic surgeon to check everything out.
