Nose is Growing Too Big Too Fast, Do I Need Surgery? (photo)

                      I think that tip refinement through a closed rhinoplasty approach may give you a nose more to your liking.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

It appears that you have a bulbous tip which is due to both a thicker skin envelope and also flaring cartlidges.  This is pretty straight forward to fix and should not change with any further weight gains.  

The treatment for a round or bulbous tip differs depending on the structure. In patients with thin skin and broad cartilage, removal of some cartilage is often sufficient. In patients with thick skin and weak cartilage, the tip of the nose often can't be made much smaller. We can make it look more refined by actually adding grafts of your own cartilage to "press" into the skin and create more shape and more refined tip. However, it really isn't smaller but it does look better

Just from the photoss posted, it looks like you may have a bulbous tip that could be modified by surgery. Best to be seen in person.
