Is my nose deviated, saddling, or is it fine? (Photo)

Question

Over the past months I've seen an indent on the right side of my nose is this deviated or saddled? I'm driving myself insane trying to figure this out I've added a lot of photos for example

As far as I can see from your photos It looks like deviation, but I recommend that you have a detailed examination by an ent doctor for this.

Overall, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance. If you have never had rhinoplasty and do not use drugs, it is unlikely that your nose is saddling. Everyone's nose is different, so it is challenging to assess based on photos alone. However, if you want to change the shape of your nose, rhinoplasty does not always involve reduction but can also include augmentation. Often, nasal aesthetics focus on creating facial harmony, considering both the side profile and the frontal view.

If you want surgery, it could be improved with dorsal hump reduction and spreader graft placement, among other maneuvers.
