As far as I can understand from your question If you can send your photos at 95 degree angles from the front and side profile, it will be possible to make an accurate evaluation.
It would be better face to face consultation.

It appears your nose is leaning to one side and you would benefit from a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. This will increase the definition of the tip of the nose, refine it as well as center the nose and correct the angulation.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your limited photographs, is difficult to fully evaluate your nose, but you do appear to be a good candidate for Rhinoplasty. Your deviation could be addressed at the same time. Of course only you can determine if this is something that you want to do. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You could get a nice result if you choose. to have a rhinoplasty. It could be made narrower and more refined. I recommend going on a few consults. Unfortunately your photos done include a side profile

No one ever "needs" a rhinoplasty. It is an elective procedures and only you can determine if your nasal s concerns you enough to do something about improving the cosmetic appearance of it and whether it would be worthwhile. The ideal aesthetic result should be individualized to achieve harmony with your other facial features and improve the areas that concern you.

Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or a facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
