Hair transplant DHI. Crust is still here after 8 days. Should I wait for it to fall off on its own? (Photo)

Lesi888
Hi. I had a hair transplant last week in Monday, so in the morning it will be 8 days since operation. I'm worried because my crust is still there and it is a lot of it. Can I pick it off without worrying that my hair will fall off or should I wait for it to fall off by its own? I put some bepanthen on it. Any advice ? The back is ok but front is worrying. I Had transplant in turkey.
