A Small A-Cup is definitely possible with minimal scars. Areola and nipple sensibility can be preserved.

Dear Yuponn, Thank you for your questions. The short answer to your question is that yes it is possible to obtain a flat chest. However, the scarring answer would be relative to the surgical technique that was used. In order to determine this, you would need to be examined by a Board Certified Operating Surgeon who specializes in this. I suggest setting up a consultation so he or she can examine you in person and together you can formulate a plan to achieve your goals. Nipple sensation may come back, but is not guaranteed and the final result cannot be judged until about 2 years after the surgery. Best of luck to you! 

Thanks for your photos - they are very helpful. A double incision would give you a higher chance of having a flatter chest, smaller areolas and slightly different nipple position. With a keyhole incision, I would worry that there would be too much extra skin especially around the nipple area, and this could potentially end up looking more unnatural.
