I can't really tell how much swelling has gone down since my surgery. I have noticed my left side has much more swelling than my right side. If I start trying to exercise my chest could that help shape my chest or add more swelling?

I do not consider that periarolar technique will be adequate. Although permanent, the double incision may be discrete and would provide the possibiity of a flat chest.
