I've been struggling a lot about gender dysphoria before and it's not easy fighting a battle alone. I always think about why?! Why do I have to be born female at birth when I am a male at heart?!!So I talked to my family about my plans of cutting my breast out to make it look more masculine and flat. At first, my mom didn't agree but I was consistent in pursuing them specially my mom until she finally agrees and travel with me to Thailand and meet with Dr.Chakarin. Everything went well and yes I had my ftm top surgery done after completing all the requirements and test with in 1 month time. The moment I decided to undergo ftm top surgery, I know there's no turning back.I was skeptical at first so I have to think more through. I've been dealing gender dysphoria all my life.The feeling of having this body but doesn't match my personality which makes me uneasy, so I came up searching online about ftm top surgery. I've heard of it before but didn't dig deeper about it but soon I had made up my mind.I've watch a lot of videos and read online comments about it and made me feel envious and excited at the same time.I saw about one of Dr.Chakarin's work online and I was impressed about it.I had thought about it thoroughly then had finally decided to go under the knife. I was impress how Dr.Chakarin took care of me. He was there from the day of surgery even until I recovered and just visting for a follow up. He is very hands on. I was shocked as well after surgery as I was able to go home same day due to not having pain or even drainage bags.Dr.C advised me to stay atleast one month so he can monitor my condition and everytime I visit the hospital, he will go and personally see me and do all the treatments by himself.Now,I'm so happy I followed all his advises and recommendations. I love what I have right now and I am contented.I'm more confident and comfortable with myself now. For the last couple of years, I had become highly dissatisfied with the size of my breasts. I had my first breast augmentation in 2013 and had 325cc placed under the muscle through the areola.

I am only 154cm and weighed 41 kilos at that time. Fast forward six years later and a 10-kilo weight gain, my breasts looked disproportionately large and long for my frame.

My areolas also stretched out, and they were about 10 cm in diameter which further contributed to my discontent.

I was contemplating removal of breast implants but knew I would require a lollipop breast lift and the top part of my breasts would look like empty sacs, even though I had a lot of breast tissue already. I was also worried that due to my Asian ethnicity, I might be prone to keloid scarring.

Dr Chakarin listened to all of my concerns and suggested that I go for 200 cc round implants. He would also place the implants lower and perform an areola reduction which would also provide a slight lift for me. It's only been four weeks post-surgery, and I cannot praise Dr Chakarin enough for totally transforming my breasts. They look and feel so natural. Additionally, his suturing of my breasts are unparalleled.

The scar is barely noticeable! I am beyond pleased, my breasts sit so nicely and follow the natural downward slope of natural breasts, instead of sitting too high on my chest which made me look like I had long sagging large cow udder like breasts!

Secondarily, he performed Vaser hi-definition liposuction on my abdomen, submental liposuction, buccal fat removal and fat transfer to my lateral buttocks (hips) and temples. I am beyond pleased; I have the quintessential hourglass body. My waist is now 60cm, and my hips are 102cm.

Thirdly he performed labiaplasty a few weeks later after me gaining the courage as I was terrified of pain in my genitals. I expressed all of my concerns and showed him the type of "designer vagina" I wanted, and he reassured me that it was possible and will not be very painful. It was a day procedure, and I walked out of the office with minimal discomfort. Now that the swelling has subsided, I am beyond thrilled by how beautiful and neat it looks. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but it has significantly reduced chaffing and the appearance of "camel toe" when I wear tight jeans.
