I got top surgery double incision 1 week ago and this is was we saw after bandages changed! I am very pleased with everything but worried about the swollen part, it doesn't hurt. My surgeon is not worried and suggest to get drained. But I called everywhere and they don't want to drain/punction me. The swelling have gone away a bit since yesterday. I took Arnica. I was swollen first day of surgery too.
