i am 28 years old and I recently noticed that i have an under eye bag in my right eye. I have tried everything but nothing seems to banish that under eye bag

Answer: Options for Under Eye Bags A resurfacing laser can really help to tighten the skin. This is a great option. You can also have a tiny bit of Botox placed to help relax the skin. Skin resurfacing will have a longer lasting results.

Answer: Lower blepharoplasty It is impossible to see that on your photo, but it looks like you may have malar hypoplasia, small cheek bones. This can cause this type of eyelid "deformity" very early in the life; I have seen and operated on 19-22 year old models. Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, entirely performed inside of your lower eyelid, can correct this deformity. Cheek augmentation with filler, fat grafts or implant (if larger hypoplasia) may also be considered. Good luck.

Answer: Treatment of “Eye Bag” What you have is a classic “tear trough.” This is very easily treated with a heavy filler placed below the orbital ligament. Unfortunately, most injectors do not use this technique and frequently get unwanted swelling or other irregularities. Be careful who you choose.
