Could canthoplasty make my eyes less round? (photos)

Would it be possible for my lower eyelid margin to be altered and made less round? If canthoplasty would not help is there another surgery which could improve my eye shape?

Any attempt to change your canthal tilt with surgery may lead to more issues, complications, scars, asymmetry, etc. I would not recommend you entertain this further. Your eyes are perfectly fine.
