Asymmetry in childhood nose surgery (photos)

Question

Hello! I am a 37 yo white autigender woman. When I was 3 yo, I accidentally sliced my nose almost entirely off. After the bleeding was stopped, a team of plastic surgeons reattached it to my face. Anyway, the natural side is a wider nostril and it has a pointy tip. My nose is already really small, but I want to restore the symmetry. I do have a deviated septum too, but I really would prefer to restore as much of the natural look of my nose as possible. What are my options?

Based on your photographs, you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty to help improve your nostril symmetry, tip contour, breathing, and likely other issues as well. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
