I have Cigna, I am in the grieve letter process which is the final steps. I am looking for a certified licensed doctor who takes Cigna and will allow me to pay for the remainder of the producers after approval.

The fluid from the tummy tuck is a seroma that occurs under the skin but above the abdominal muscles and not in any way communicating with the liver.  The ultrasound probably did not focus on the liver since it was done to diagnose the seroma.
