Thanks for your inquiry. I do not see a problem with a little deodorant in the armpits when there is no breasy surgery planned. Do not use any body sprays or lotions on the skin of your abdomen, flanks, etc. Good Luck.

The fluid from the tummy tuck is a seroma that occurs under the skin but above the abdominal muscles and not in any way communicating with the liver. The ultrasound probably did not focus on the liver since it was done to diagnose the seroma.
