Accent, Venus Viva, or Ultera for the younger ages lifting and Rejuvenation?

I am a 35 year old women and interested to have a lifting on my face (cheek, jowl, and forehead) which be effective for under my eyes as well. I did 2 accent treatment and it was not bad. I would like to know if Ulteraphy or venus lagency would be better than Accent.

I have all the devices except accent.  Viva is different than the other treatments.  I often combine viva with legacy, thermage or ultherapy. I tell patients to get vivas a few times a year for texture, tone, scars, and pigment.  Thermage or ultherapy once a year for deep heating and legacy every 1-2 months for maintenance and antiaging.  These are all preventative long term treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Very few, if any, places are going to have all 3 of these technologies because they are similar in concept, so we can only base our answers on the technologies we have. Personally I have the Venus Viva, the Venus Freeze, and the Venus Legacy. I would not recommend the Viva for what you wish to achieve. The Freeze of the Legacy is what I'd recommend and the difference would be in if you have fat in any of the facial areas we would be treating. The Legacy has a suction component that is better for treating areas of fat. I have seen many presentations on Ulthera and have not chosen to bring it into my practice. Though it is effective, it is substantially painful. The Legacy and Freeze are so comfortable that many people fall asleep during the procedures (including me when I get them!) and even though it requires 6 weekly treatments, I've found the comfort level so great that's why I've not brought in other pieces of similar equipment.
