7 hernia surgeries no belly button. Is there anyway to lose this loose skin and fat? (photos)

Hello, i had a major issue with a hernia. Ive had 7 reconstructive surguries and devloped many problems. My question is i got bed ridden and gained weight up to 340 pounds. I am now working out, eating super healthy and put myself into a calorie deficit, i have 9 metal ancors holding my mesh in place. Also habe two blown out knees and need replacmnets so runninng is hard. Im i doomed? Is their anywa to lose this lose skin and fat?
