This can happen if peel is too strong or your skin is very sensitive. I suggest proper wound care at this time, avoid peels in the future and try lasers like Clear+Brilliant and Eclipse Micropen that give you more long term results anyway.  I suggest seeing only a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Some of this may be leftover hyperpigmentation from the
peel. The peel may in fact have been too strong for your skin type. This should
resolve in a couple of weeks. Make sure to wear plenty of sunscreen and avoid
the sun as much as possible. If these are in fact dilated blood vessels, a
simple laser treatment could correct this easily.
