How do I get rid of saggy skin around my clit without surgery?

I know there is a way out there to get rid of saggy skin around the clit i just havent came up on one i keep seeing people say surgery is the only way no its not i know there has to be some type of excercise,cream or thing u can do at home i just havent saw it yet.But to ask what can i do to get rid of the excess skin without surgery
