How to fix my eyes? Blepharoplasty 2 yrs ago & over time, my eyes look wonky (Photos)

Had primary blepharoplasty 2 yrs ago. Over time, my eyes look wonky. Wasnt like this before. Not just the eyelid that is uneven, the eye itself especially when smiling looks very different. As you can see the right one opens up weirdly and looks more round than the left one is with lower crease. What is the procedure to fix this and make them even, almond shaped like my original ones even when smiling? I look deranged in some photos.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more defined crease. It is not so rare to end up with a small asymmetry after blepharoplasty. It would be best to address this issue with your surgeon or seek,  in person,  a second opinion consultation. Good luck.
