Small chin, wide face, chubby cheeks. What are my options to get more defined, proportional and masculine face? (Photo)

If your cheekbones and upper face are wide and prominent, while your lower face appears smaller, recessed, or narrow, it can create a top-heavy appearance that lacks balance and masculinity. It's difficult to make recommendations without side view photos.  In general chin implantation will enhance projection of the chin.  Jaw angle implants will provide lateral jaw augmentation. Buccal fat removal will slim chubby cheeks.  Genioplasty can augment vertical height and chin projection.  It's best to see a surgeon and undergo full examination in order to determine which procedure wil give you your desired outcome. 

A side profile photograph is required before making any determination about being a candidate for a chin implant. Chin implants are placed for patients who have a weak chin profile.  The primary goal for a chin implant candidate is to give further projection to the chin when there is a weak and recessive profile present.
