I had Lasik three months ago( I had a recent 3 mos checkup and was told that one of the flaps is more visible than the other if that matters as an indication of healing). I have been thinking that i might like to do microdermabrasion or a Vivier chemical peel at the end of the month. I was told by an esthetician that the peels are self neutralizing and should be safe. My optometrist feels that I should avoid anything like this for a year. Would you give the same advice?
