Can I have a medium peel in between Infini RF treatments? (Photo)

This depends on the depth of the peel and how long until your skin has recovered.  You should be completely healed prior to any additional RF treatments. Considering your next treatment is in 5 weeks that should be plenty of time to recover from many peels that don't go "too deep."  A Jessners Peel may be a good option; not all patients are good candidates for chemical peels so you should be evaluated to se if you may benefit. Alternatively, an aggressive skin care regimen will help to improve your pigmentation and give you that glow you desire without any down time of peeling.  
Not everyone is a good candidate for this treatment so please see a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to evaluate if you may benefit. Good luck!
