Breast Reduction 1 year postop - were my nipples placed too high? (photos)

You need to see a plastic surgeon to examine and take measurements. From the pictures provided, the nipple positions could be at a good level but you have bottoming out of the tissues. This can be improved with revision procedure reinforcing the lower pole . These can happen as tissues can not support the weight of the breasts. Some techniques are more prone to bottoming out than others.

Honestly, they look pretty good to me. Sometimes a touch up revision can be done that reduces the amount of breast under the nipple (using the scar along the bottom) can give the illusion they are lower.

It is difficult to answer your question from just one photo. I would like to see a side view and have some measurements.
With that said, it is likely that your nipple is in the correct location but that you have some "bottoming out" with the distance beneath the nipple to the chest wall being stretched out a bit. It may be possible to improve that appearance by removing some more skin at the bottom.
Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. He/she can take some measurements and advise what may be possible.

It's difficult to tell without an examination but your breasts appear to have disproportionate fullness at the bottom of the breast. The correction would entail a revision to tighten the lower pole of the breast. See a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more.

Without in person measurements from the mid-clavicle line or sternal notch to nipples hard to give accurate response. The photos seems to bare out a bottoming effect. Revision could improve the results.
