Based on the photos, your concern is based on the immediate post-op result.
The reduction closure is typically tight, in order to remove the maximum amount of skin. The tight lower pole closure can force breast tissue upwards, giving you exaggerated upper pole fullness and cleavage that looks close together.
I would suggest allowing things to heal, and I expect that over time the skin will stretch and the breasts will drop. This will likely decrease the "uniboob" look in the photo. I would suggest regular followup with your plastic surgeon, and active discussion about your concerns.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast reduction surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides you will be able to see the final result of your breast surgery.

It appear you are only few days to weeks postop? Allow 3-6 months healing time before the dx of symmastia can be made. As of now I do not see a uni-boob.

Your are very early in the healing stage and are not seeing your final results. You need to wait at least 6 months after surgery to actually see how thins settle. Right now you have swelling.
