Hello Docs, So here are my stats.. 4'11, 105 weight, and 10bwd. I am pear shaped. My PS recommended 230 cc high profile to 300cc high profile silicone Natralle. My question is whether or not it is too big or too small. I am trying to achieve a natural but full size .. Like a full C. However, I am aware that I shouldn't look at cup sizes rather look at how it will look on my body. I would like projection but not where it is unnatural. I will post a pic of me and a pic of what I hope to achieve.
Answer: 300 cc Plus Thank you for your pictures. I think that you can have a nice result about 300 cc plus implant. This will not achieve the same result as your wish pictures.

Answer: Too petite, is 300cc high profile silicone too big?!? Is 320ccs ultra high to unnatural !?!? The best cosmetic result in any particular breast augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: your individual anatomy, realistic expectations, a thorough discussion with the plastic surgeon about the options, and an understanding of the pros and cons of any particular implant choice. Proper sizing is not just about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing suit at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal implant. There are no manufacturers' standards for cup sizing in the bra industry. The cups of a 32 C and a 38 C are significantly different. Cup size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and even within styles from any particular manufacturer. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, MD FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Breast augmentation sizing Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for breast augmentation surgery. Based on your pictures and description, you're better off with the larger size that you have mentioned. I would recommend undergoing another consultation with your plastic surgeon to discuss sizing and undergo Vectra 3-D imaging to simulate your postoperative results.

Answer: Great question. although this is the question women considering breast augmentation wrestle with most often, it is a mistake for you to get bogged down on the actual implant size that is most appropriate for you. Instead, you need to have as much of a "visual" conversation with your plastic surgeon sharing with him or her photos of what you are hoping to look like as a result of your breast enhancement surgery. It is the job of the plastic surgeon, after a careful evaluation of you, to determine which implant is most likely to achieve your desired outcome. In surgery we routinely use sizers which are temporary implants to see how your appearance with that particular size compares with the pictures of your "favorites", which we bring to the operating room with us. Only then do we make the final implant selection and complete the operation. This technique has proven to be highly successful for us in achieving the patient's ultimate goals. Make sure that you are confident that your plastic surgeon's aesthetics align with your own, and that he or she is experienced in breast enhancement surgery, and that they are board certified in plastic surgery, and members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and ideally also members of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Size questions Based on the information you provided 230 to 300cc should work well with you. You are a great candidate for surgery and you should have a great result. I wouldn't recommend an ultra high profile. You would benefit from a wider implant and a high profile implant should be able to give you the look you desire.
