Is it possible to get butt implants after black market silicone injections?

Without pictures, it is difficult to give you recommendation.It will be very helpful if you submit them.  Also, you will have to be examined, in order to assess the elasticity of your tissue and the lumpiness. It might be that you will have to have, some of the silicone removed, to smoothen the surface. If your tissue is soft and smooth, subfascial silicone implants is probably your best option. It will give you butt projection and might smoothen the irregularities of the butts. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons who perform lots of butt implants surgery in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. I am sorry to hear about your previous problems. Sadly, we hear way too many stories from women who have had similar experiences. In answer to your question, it may be possible to place implants beneath your fascia, but this may not correct the deformities and scarring that you probably have now since those problems are most likely due to injections into the subcutaneous plane. Fat injections may be a possibility, but again, if you have a lot of scarring, it will be difficult if not impossible to correct. If you still want to pursue this, I would recommend that you get several consultations with surgeons experienced in doing these procedures.

Even at nine years you are not out of the woods with silicone injections.  I would leave well enough alone.

Sorry to hear about your problems.  Silicone injections are dangerous and can cause serious issues.  At this point you may be a candidate for implants or possibly fat grafting to the buttocks.  Some surgeons will perform liposuction first in an effort to try to remove as much of the silicone as possible first.  Please seek and experienced board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. 

If you haven't had a problem in 9 years, you should count your lucky stars and stay away from any surgery on your Butt. The silicone gets fibrosis around it and it is impossible to remove all of it. Most any other form of surgery on your butt is doomed to failure because of your injections. That is why they are illegal in the US. Sorry to be such a naysayer but this is the case.
