I had complications with breathing right after I was injected. I was in the hospital two weeks. This was nine years ago and I have not had any problems since then. My butt looks horrible please help. Thanks in advance.

In answer to your question, it may be possible to place implants beneath your fascia, but this may not correct the deformities and scarring that you probably have now since those problems are most likely due to injections into the subcutaneous plane. Fat injections may be a possibility, but again, if you have a lot of scarring, it will be difficult if not impossible to correct. If you still want to pursue this, I would recommend that you get several consultations with surgeons experienced in doing these procedures.

Answer: Cease and desist from further surgery after silicone injections into the buttocks. Even at nine years you are not out of the woods with silicone injections. I would leave well enough alone.

At this point you may be a candidate for implants or possibly fat grafting to the buttocks. Some surgeons will perform liposuction first in an effort to try to remove as much of the silicone as possible first. Please seek and experienced board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

The silicone gets fibrosis around it and it is impossible to remove all of it. Most any other form of surgery on your butt is doomed to failure because of your injections.
