I really want to have breast Implants, but my mammogram results that I have calcium deposits in my right breast, and Bi Rads 2. I just want to know should I have breast implants now? And does this lead to many risks and complication later on?

Answer: Calcifications Calcification are common findings on mammograms. Birads 2 indicates that the calcifications appear benign, or in other words show a low risk of being breast cancer. I would discuss this with your primary care physician and the plastic surgeon you choose.Implants placed under the muscle would be the safest approach for a woman that needs mammograms. Your situation should not prevent you from receiving breast implants.
