What cc is DD and DDD?

I have been wanting breast implants I am 38c but after breastfeeding I'm now 38b I want to be the dd or ddd size. I'm 5'3 160lbs I like the looks of bigger breast size and think with my frame they would look perfect.

I honestly don’t think anyone
could answer that question in this form. An experienced plastic surgeon, who
operates on women of all shapes and sizes, should be able to advise you
correctly to achieve your goals.  Many
surgeons use 3D imaging for breast augmentation procedures. 3D imaging is a
great communication tool for the patient and the doctor. In the end, you really
want to have just one surgery to achieve your goals.

Your implant size that you choose is a critically important decision. During your consultation you will be asked to decide based on sizers, desired cup size after surgery and the correct implant that fits your frame. I like to ask my patients to try on implant sizers during their consultation to give them a sense of what size implant can be used and what size is appropriate.  During the procedure I use implant sizers to determine what size fits best and what style will give you the desired result. Hope this helps.

The best way to chose your implant is by trialling a few in your Plastic Surgeons practice. The rice test can help, this is done at home hence it is user friendly. As a rough estimate 200 cc = 1 cup size. So you will be looking at high 300s or low 400sHope this helps

Thank you for the question. As you can imagine, this is not possible to give you precise/meaningful advice regarding the best breast implant size/profile to achieve your goals. This advice is best  provided after in person consultation,  which includes a physical examination and a full communication of your goals.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering  breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as  “natural” or "DD or DDD cup”  or "bigger breast size" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.
 The use of computer imaging technology may also be very helpful during this communication process.
3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. I generally select appropriate breast implant size/profile after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers and viewing the patient's chest in the upright and supine positions.

If you want larger breasts, then implants are the way to go.  Are you sure you do not need a lift as well?  Best to be seen in person.
