Answer: Cumulative treatments yield the best results Hello! You have a great question! The answer is very multi-leveled and comprehensive, as your list of concerns touches upon different things. There are many treatment options for all of your concerns! To start, we can first touch upon the skin itself. Restoring collagen is a huge factor in preserving youthful, healthy skin, so we do this with microneedling & laser skin resurfacing. 27 is a great age to begin. Microneedling can help slightly tighten the skin, as well as rejuvenate the skin. In my office we combine this with laser skin resurfacing for incredible results. You may also try a series of gentle chemical peels for some skin rejuvenation. All of these will not alter the structure of your face or add volume, but will help to address the lines around your mouth, loose skin, uneven tone, and your dark spots. As for volume loss in the eyes/cheeks/chin, filler is the way to really address these concerns. Strategically placed filler is subtle and will help you look refreshed, and never overfilled if you choose the correct injector. All of these treatment options come together over time to create a beautiful, rejuvenated, and refreshed appearance without looking overdone. Subtle is the new trend! Best,Dr. Tanovic

Answer: LaseMD treatments followed with Morpheus8 to stimulation of collagen and tightening the skin Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: FFS It sounds like you have a variety of concerns about your facial appearance, including volume loss, visible lines, dark spots, uneven skin tone, rough texture, and blackheads. There are several procedures and treatments that could help address these concerns and help restore a more youthful and balanced appearance. Here are a few options to consider: - Dermal fillers: These injectable treatments can help restore volume to areas such as the cheeks, under eyes, and chin. They can also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. - Fat transfer: To give your face a smooth, youthful appearance - Laser resurfacing: This procedure uses laser energy to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as improve skin texture and tone. - Chemical peels: A chemical peel involves applying a chemical solution to the skin to exfoliate and improve its appearance. This can help with issues such as uneven skin tone, rough texture, and blackheads. - Collagen induction therapy (needling) : This procedure involves using a device with small needles to create tiny punctures in the skin, which can stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture and tone. - Botox or Dysport: These injectable treatments can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and other areas of the face. - Lips : If you are interested in enhancing the appearance of your lips, you could benefit from a lower V-Y plasty and a corner lip lift/OOS lip lift (which is an ameliorated version of the traditional lip lift I invented) - Facelift: This surgical procedure can help address issues such as sagging skin but a consultation in necessary to assess your skin and if you would really benefit from the procedure as you are very young. Consulting with an expert in facial aesthetics can help you achieve the results you're looking for. However, an « in person » exam is necessary to decide which procedure(s) would work best for you. I hope this helps, best of luck !
