Can pinching your nose cause permanent change? Pinched my nose for 22 days, nose is now bigger and skin is thicker.

Hello! It's hard to say if it will completely return to its normal shape. My guess is that the nose is swollen from repeated trauma that it's not used to. I would discontinue any pinching and see how your tip does. It may be worthwhile to have a surgeon evaluate to ensure no untoward damage has been done. Hope this helps!
