Can pinching your nose cause permanent change? Pinched my nose for 22 days, nose is now bigger and skin is thicker.

I am 22 year old female . Before pinching my nose skin is thin and soft but now its thick . Please tell me did it go back to normal or not ? Because its been over 1.5 month still my nose look bigger . Sometime its look normal but all the time look bigger .

Alar rim grafts may make a subtle change. However I think your nose looks fine. I don’t see the point in undergoing surgery and ajar rim grafts will do very little. Don’t bother
