How will bulimia will affect an abdominoplasty with lipo. I am close to total recovery but purge occasionally (maybe once a week). I should have told this to the surgeon before i scheduled the surgery, but now I KNOW i must provide full disclosure in order to fully care for myself. What should i say? I've been in extension therapy for 6 years and have discussed this surgery at length with my therapist. All of my blood tests from my primary care physician have come back normal per electrolytes etc.

Congratulations on having had the tummy tuck procedure. The absence of bruising does not necessarily correlate to the quality of results you can expect after the procedure. The degree of bruising/swelling will vary significantly from one patient to another.
