Can PRP cause a blood clot or vascular occlusion?

zarazi
I am interested in getting PRP injected in my under eyes, but I'm concerned that it might be too thick and clog a vessel. Can this occur, or does the ACD they add prevent it? Also, does PRP sting going in? I heard that some doctors mix it with something else to neutralize its PH.
