Will microneedling with PRP reduce my nasolabial folds? (Photos)

The best remedy for nasolabial folds is facial filler such as Restylane or Juvederm.  Microneedling with PRP is a skin procedure desigened to improve skin but will have little effect on deep nasolabial folds.

Microneedling with PRP can certainly reduce fine lines and wrinkles. However, if you are looking for a quick fix, I would recommend a Vampire FaceLift. This involves microneedling, PRP, and HA Fillers. Another option would be a Morpheus 8 treatment. Morpheus 8 is microneedling with radio frequency skin tightening. We have had excellent results using Morpheus 8 with PRP if you want to avoid fillers.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. In your case, NasoLabialFolds are caused by droopiness of the skin. PRP is one of the greatest helping tighten the skin. But this is not the only reason why it happens. Under the skin we have fat pads and ligaments, which loose strength and diminish with time.  I will definitely recommend HA fillers to replace volume and achieve the lift that causes NLF. You can still do PRP to improve the outside layer of skin but not as single treatment. Don't forget to choose an expert Aesthetic Physician to set the best plan for you.

Hello, generally filler is recommended for nasolabial folds but yours are very minor and I do think you could achieve some improvement with microneedling.  We use Vivace which is fractional microneedling with radio frequency.  The radio frequency has added skin tightening benefits for better results. With any procedure that is going to build collagen in the skin you need to be a little more patient.  You will notice some textural improvements within the first two weeks but building collagen and tightening the skin is usually seen after a series of treatments.  We recommend starting with three treatments spaced one month apart.  Best of luck!
