Eyelid recommendation for small beady eyes? (photo)

I looks like you have ptosis in both eyes by how much of your iris your upper eyelids cover.  I think you would do really well with an upper blepharoplasty to help with the tired look.  Your lower eyelids look fine...maybe a hint of a tear trough deformity but I certainly no excess skin.  MAYBE a little filler but probably leave the lower eyelids alone from a surgical standpoint.

Your photographs show that you have ptosis on both sides. I would recommend consultation with an oculoplastic specialist in your area. Ptosis is the most likely diagnosis to explain your symptoms and appearance. (Blepharoplasty would not solve the problem.) Ptosis repair by an expert will give you a refreshed appearance and eliminate the tired look. Best wishes.
