I have always been concerned about the size of my eyes and the tired look that I always have. I am not sure if I have ptosis in both eyes? Would I need upper and lower Blephoraplasty or just ptosis repair in both eyes or what do you recommend? I have asked a similar question years ago, but here are updated better pictures. (Both with and without make up) Thanks for any response.
