4 months post full tummy tuck. Still have fat rolls - more lipo? Or normal result?

Question

I am 4 months post tummy tuck and side lipo. My weight hasnt changed much.134 amd 5'8. ..up or down a few pounds. 3 children (twins too.) When I stand...looks great...but when I sit, I still have fat rolls and side fat. I do the ellip. for 30-40 mins. a day and sit-ups. Dr. thinks I look great and cares about the look while standing. I would like opinions and what do you think my expectations are unrealistic?

Remember that a tummy tuck isn't a weight loss procedure. It helps contour your abdominal region by removing excess skin/fat and tightening the rectus muscles. You appear to have a great result and may still have some swelling because it can take up to a year for all the swelling to fully resolve. If at that time you still feel you have additional fat pockets, ask your operating surgeon about liposuction to further contour your abdominal/hip region. Good luck!
