Brow lift to cure asymmetry? (Photo)

Question

I've had an asymetrical face for all my life (I'm 22). Because this is making my dating life significantly harder, I am currently taking actions to change this. One thing that gives my face a lot of asymmetry is that the skin underneath one eyebrow seems to hang a little bit. If I pull up that eyebrow with my finger, the assymetry is almost gone. I was wondering if a brow lift with botox would have the same effect as holding the skin up with my finger. Thanks for your answer!

To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. Both of your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim and they should be at the level of the orbital rim. I recommend a browlift rather than Botox, which is temporary. The browlift will decrease the width of your forehead.

A series of close up photos would better present your problem. Unilateral endoscopic brow lift may be a good solution of mild/moderate asymmetry. Good luck.
