Moist healing or dry healing for scabby incisions?I have no clue why I scabbed up so much, but I did. My doctor said everything looks good though so im taking his word. My incisions seem to be all closed up, but I have scabs and crustiness like crazy. Is it better to let them stay dry and heal up and fall off on their own before I start using bio oil for my incisions or should I be using polysporin or something of the sort to help with the scabs?Included a few pictures. These were from a few days ago before I went to the doctor yesterday.
