I thought I had dried blood all through my nose and have been washing it out but it seems like I have a hard glue like substance in my nose. Could someone confirm what that is and if it needs to come out. It's very noticeable

The area may be a nasal splint or crusting commonly seen after nasal surgery... I would see your rhinoplasty surgeon in the postoperative period.

Hi there, I think you might be looking at a splint inside the nose, but it is hard to tell from the photo. My recommendation is that you call your doctor's office for guidance. Be careful when you clean the nose as it is still very early in the healing process. Good luck
