It does look like Ariana Grande had some sort of brow elevation procedure — either with a brow lift or Botox. However, remember that celebrities are also taught to pose during a photo to show off their best features. Not only does her eyebrow shape look different, so does her demeanor. The changes that you see with Ariana Grande could be from Botox, or even changing the tatooing of her eyebrows but more commonly with a non-surgical tightening like Bella Contour. I doubt whether she had an endoscopic brow lift or open forehead lift. It does show how one can get a lift non-surgically.
