Comparing the position and shape of Ariana Grande brows from 2010 pictures to 2016 and on, one notices a clear and relative elevation of the medial (close to the nose) aspect of her brows. In general some brow elevation can be done chemically with neuromodulators such as Botox, the effectiveness of which can be different on people based on some anatomic and innervation variations. The more definitive, robust and long-lasting method to do it will be through a brow lift (forehead lift) surgery. Based on observer studies of fashion magazines, the higher position of the medial brow is generally associated with maturity and older age versus the lower position being more associated with youthfulness.

It does look like Ariana Grande had some sort of brow elevation procedure — either with a brow lift or Botox. However, remember that celebrities are also taught to pose during a photo to show off their best features. Not only does her eyebrow shape look different, so does her demeanor. The important thing isn’t what she’s had done, it’s what you want to do to improve your looks and what procedures would bring out your own natural beauty. The changes that you see with Ariana Grande could be from Botox, or even changing the tatooing of her eyebrows but more commonly with a non-surgical tightening like Bella Contour. I doubt whether she had an endoscopic brow lift or open forehead lift. It does show how one can get a lift non-surgically.
