Had open Rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago and have a pretty deep dent on the left side. I’m super happy with the shape of my nose other wise, and my surgeon seems to think that filler will fix this, but wanted to get another opinion. I really really really don’t want to go through a revision surgery so I’m really hoping this can be fixed with less invasive measures. What are your thoughts?

Answer: A permanent nonsurgical nose job may be considered for a nasal sidewall indentation.
Please consider re-asking your question with photos. Generally, in order to repair a droopy nasal tip appearance, someone would have to undergo rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Many people of Caribbean descent have broad flat nasal appearances and thick nasal skin. If this is the case in your situation, the feasibility of achieving a result as you posted would be questionable. It all depends upon the thickness of your nasal skin and the architecture of the underlying...
Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thick nasal skin and a broad and flat nasal appearance. These issues are best dealt with utilizing rhinoplasty techniques. I do not believe a nonsurgical nose job would make you happy. Wishing you well! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
