as that shows a lot of insensitivity to patient concerns.  Good surgeons want their patients to be happy as it generates more leads and more patients.  Try to be patient and keep your surgeon informed of your concerns and at some point, he will realize that your concerns are valid.  Allow yourself to heal and once healed, see if his prophecy of better comes true or not.  And if not, you should have that discussion about what revisions may benefit you.  With my tummy tuck patients, they are all told to expect revisions as perfection is very difficult to achieve with one procedure.
