Will my face automatically look thinner and gaunt if I get plastic surgery on other parts of my body (TT or liposuction)?

I’m concerned that losing too much weight naturally will age my face. Will liposuction and or tummy tuck age my face? (Hope that makes sense). Thank you.

Liposuction and/or tummy tuck are not weight loss procedures and are performed to enhance the contour of one's body and remove excess skin. The results of the surgery will have no affect on a patient's face. Hope this helps.

Liposuction or tummy tuck can make your body slimmer, but will not affect the appearance of your face. The fat of your face will not "know" that you had liposuction or a tummy tuck so it will not change. It will continue to behave as if you did not have any surgery. Losing weight by exercise and diet will have an effect on all areas of your body. A tummy tuck and liposuction of the torso should have no effect on the appearance of your face.Find
a plastic surgeon that you are comfortable with and one that you trust and
listen to his or her advice. The surgeon should be certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for
Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). You should discuss your concerns with that
surgeon in person.

If you have plastic surgery on your tummy or other parts of your body your face will look no different.  The results of surgery should enhance your natural shape and restore contours.  They will not provide a great deal of weight loss.  Your body should look in balance after your procedure.
