Thanks so much for reaching out.   By the looks of your picture you have enough fat transfer to get the size you were looking for. However I would advise not to be stuck on numbers rather the final result in shape change.  I hope this helps :-)

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL. All the located fat that you have can be done with lipo and you´ll have more curves and your buttocks will have a much better shape.
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine, please also look for a board certified plastic surgeon that helps to get what you are looking for, remember that your safety, always, must be first.

hello, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. it will be better for you to consult with your surgeon regarding your weight, but besides that, a exact size cannot be quaranteed, because is on surgery room after liposuction is performed. 

Please put your front, side pictures. These pictures are easier to see if they are taking by someone else not close to the camera of the area you are interested only to give you a better answer.

I think most plastic surgeons would agree that the exact numbers and dimensions are usually less important than the overall shape that you achieve. Let me explain, when your waist is slimmed with liposuction just that can make your hips look bigger because of the change in the curves of your body. An experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will be able to discuss these relative changes with you and take them into account during the surgery to try and achieve the result you are looking for.
